Autumn in Cape Cod

Provincetown, located on the far tip of Cape Cod (map), is New England's equivalent of Homer, Alaska: it's an eclectic, off-beat fishing village in an isolated location. The big difference is that instead of hordes of camper vans, Provincetown has hordes of gays. It's probably the only town in America where "half the guys talk like 16 year old girls."
The tower in the top has the distinction of being the largest granite tower in the world.
A lighthouse on the Cape Cod National Seashore, a 1.2 mile walk across a granite causeway from Provincetown.

A bunch of seagulls wait along the beach waiting for a fishing boat to come by...

...then flock the fishing boats like girls around Brittney Spears

This is Cape Cod Bay, as seen near Brewster at the inner "elbow" of the Cape (map). The Cape curls around and is visible across the horizon.
Low tide is the perfect time for a walk along the beach. This is along a walk from Brewster to just east of Namskaket.
